 Accountants Assistant

We are a Business Consultant Company, which provides diversified solution in Project Management, Company Secretary, Tax & Finance Advisory, Accounts and Book keeping, Audit & Assurance Services, Human Resource Management since 2007. The company is powered with dedicated employees who are Professionally Qualified in their career. We are looking for a young dynamic individual who seek to kick start a career in finance. Undergraduate, fresh graduates and individuals who peruse professional qualifications in (AAT/CIMA/ ICASL/CMA) are encouraged to apply.

Working hours: 8am - 5pm 

Educational/Professional Qualifications Required

• Undergraduate in Accountancy, Finance or Commerce.

• Full or Part Qualification in AAT/CIMA/ ICASL/CMA.
  

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Verify all transactions and ensure that financial information is accurate
• Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial statements within the stipulated deadline
• Ensure all bank guarantees are renewed on or before the expiry date, and make sure that all guarantees are in line with Company legal formats
• Maintain records of CAPEX received from overseas finance departments and handover to respective divisions
• Carry out Management Company related payments, banking and tax related work
• Prepare project budgets and monitor project related CAPEX transactions

Special Attributes/Competencies Required

• Conversant in MS Office Package (Excel,Word)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle office correspondence independently

•           Age below 30 years.
